Favourite Quote

The Road goes ever on and on Down from the door where it began. Now far ahead the Road has gone, And I must follow, if I can, Pursuing it with eager feet, Until it joins some larger way Where many paths and errands meet. And whither then? I cannot say. J.R.R. Tolkien

Task

Picked this up from Sharon's blog:

Rules:
* Grab the book closest to you.
* Go to page 56.
* Find the 5th sentence.
* Don't go looking for your favourite book, or the coolest one you have - just grab the closest one.

'She never wed.'

At this point in my life that sentence seems very apropos.

...all documents recieved for the purposes of subsection (4) for the longer of the duration of the licensee or six years.... I guess this doesn't work when the nearest book is Andrew's Small Claims Court practice and Procedure Text. ;)

That's hilarious. I'm quite happy that I didn't have any work text books on my desk at the time and I could grab my novel from my purse.
